This year we are trying to raise more funds than normal. To do this we needed a much broader platform. As we near the 2018 Season we are looking to move to our own site! As you can imagine, this is way past our normal scope of fundraising. As such we are trying a more "global" route.

36 + Hours: 200 GS + 1 Magic Item pick.

12-36 Hours: 100 GS

New Player recruitment:

As a recruitment initiative we offer the following to recruiters:

For each player that you bring to a weekend event (and they must pre-register and pre-pay) you will get a Frost Titan Token. These are basically 250 gobbies worth of special items that you get to use. You can get a MAXIMUM of 4 Tokens per event. (See Below)

For the NEW PLAYER we are offering a weekend/membership package for $50.00. This includes their event fee and temporary membership. The Food Option is $15.00 for the new player.

Once the NEW PLAYER purchases their yearly membership and attends another weekend event, you will receive a Magic Item pick as per our NPC MI policy (we have a list of items and how many Goblin Stamps it costs you to purchase it). We will also have a couple of “introductory” modules for BRAND NEW players during the weekend events that will help them learn the basics of the game.


Spending Goblin Stamps:

Event Blanket

  • 60 GS
  • Earns experience, as if you had played, for one character for a full weekend. May not be applied for the same weekend played with that PC. So you cannot play a weekend (gaining XP for the weekend) and then apply an Event Blanket. Only one character may gain XP or the GS for an event. You cannot play a weekend and then assign your event blanket to another character you play.

Monthly Blanket

  • 30GS
  • Available monthly for one character per player. The character must have Alliance Calgary as their home chapter

LCO Magic Items

  • One pick is earned by NPCing a full weekend event.
  • One item per player per month. You can save your pick for a later time, but no matter how many picks you may have, you can only take one per month ever.
  • GS must be available for the full amount at that time, and cannot be “pre-spent”.  So if you are planning to NPC next month, you cannot spend those GS until you complete your NPCing.
  • You will have to supply the physrep of your item.  In order to have your item engraved and a tag ready at the event, items purchased with GS must be requested by midnight the Sunday before an event and should include a description of the physrep.
    If a player wishes to make a pick and did not meet the deadline to have a tag made, the item will receive a “temporary magic item tag” for the weekend and an item number sticker. The physrep and tag must then be turned in at the end of the weekend, and will be returned at logistics during the next event. If you can bring the item to Myth Games during the week before the event (before Wednesday) we should be able to engrave it at that time. It will save both you and us time at logistics.
  • Player is responsible for providing the physrep for the item. Must be submitted during the Friday logistics in order to have engraving completed on-site and the item usable for the weekend. Note: We cannot guarantee physreps will not be damaged by the engraving process, and will not compensate the owner should damage occur. We strongly encourage players to use strong physreps that are not valuable. If an item cannot be engraved it will be marked in another permanent fashion.

Buying Back Deaths

  • The first two deaths on a character card may never be bought back.
  • A player may choose to “buy back” a resurrection to reduce the risk of permanent death by reducing the number of black stones in the bag.
    Resurrections may only be bought back for characters with Crossroads as their home chapter.
  • The cost of the first “buy-back” is 40 GS, second “buy-back” is 80 GS, third “buy-back” is 160 GS, and so on with the amount doubling for each successive buy-back.
  • Deaths may not be bought back for permanently dead or regenerated characters.

Production/Coin

  • A player may choose to use their GS to buy up to 50 points of production items and/or coin at their first logistics period for an event.
    • 1 Production Point = 1 GS.
    • 1 copper = 1 GS.

Frost Titan Tokens (FTT)

As we will be gathering many supplies from players and donations will exceed the allotment of GS you can spend in a month, we will also be offering Frost Titan Tokens. You can purchase a Packet from below of IG effects. These effects are Spirit Linked to you, and you alone. They survive Resurections and cannot be transferred to any other PC or NPC. If not used by the end of the weekend the effects will fade from your spirit by the next event.

You may only choose 1 packet per "token" but you can have multiple "tokens". So, you cannot spend 3 tokens in the Assassination Tokens, but you could spend 1 Token in Assassination and then 2 in Medic.

You trade in 200 GS for 1 FTT. You may only spend 4 FTT per event.
